Our Apartments
We offer a wide range of apartments. Our portfolio includes 1-room apartments with 23 sqm – 41 sqm and for those who need a little more space, our 2-room apartments with 46 sqm are ideal.
The apartments are located on the 10th – 16th floor. All apartments have a fitted kitchen or kitchenette and are equipped with a modern bathroom. The Rents range between €350 – €700 plus additional costs, this includes heating and water costs as well as the caretaker service and elevator costs.
